We ate the bread,
We blessed the Lord.
We ate.
Then we read
John 1:3-5
Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it.Then one child remembers a scripture in Revelations and we look it up, too.
There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light.
Revelation 22:5
We blessed the Lord again and thanked him for many things including
We blessed the Lord again and thanked him for many things including
Josiah's clean bill of health from the doctor today,
confirmation that his heart is okey.
I'm also thankful that we could begin to delve into Creation to the Greeks (Hannah)
and My Father's World First Grade (Josiah) this week.
The lessons are rich and we have so many good books to learn from.
I'm thankful we have a nice, comfy couch to read together on.
I'm thankful for this big wall where we can display our maps and timeline and add things throughout the year. It's also a nice sunny room where Hannah can do her seatwork, while
Josiah does his seatwork in the kitchen.
Shabbot Shalom!
